Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost? Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before payment. Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free shipping.
How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your location and courier service.
Do you ship outside India? Currently we ship within India only. International shipping will be available soon — stay tuned!
What if my order is delayed or undelivered? If a parcel is delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect address or contact information, Fyash will not be held responsible. Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order? We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged in transit. If your item arrives damaged, we offer a replacement of the same product. To qualify, you must provide an unboxing video and report the damage within 24 hours of delivery.
How do I get a replacement for a damaged product? Record an unboxing video showing the package before and after opening. Report the damage within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 62829 88837 with your order details and the video.
Who pays for return shipping? In case of a damaged product replacement, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. Pickup service is currently not available.

What materials are used in Fyash jewellery? Fyash jewellery is crafted using gold-plated and anti-tarnish materials, designed to retain their shine and finish over time. Each piece is handcrafted with attention to detail.
Will the jewellery tarnish over time? Our jewellery is made with anti-tarnish finishing to ensure long-lasting shine. With proper care — keeping it away from water, perfume, and sweat — your jewellery will maintain its finish for much longer.
Are there slight color variations in the jewellery? As our jewellery is handcrafted, minor color variations compared to product photos may occur. These are natural differences and not considered defects.
Payment & Orders
What payment methods do you accept? We accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and UPI — all processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details on our servers.
Is Cash on Delivery available? Currently Cash on Delivery is not available. We accept online payments via credit/debit cards, net banking, and UPI.
Are the prices inclusive of taxes? Yes, all prices displayed on fyash.in are inclusive of GST. There are no hidden charges — the price you see is the price you pay.
Care & Maintenance
How should I care for my Fyash jewellery? To extend the life of your jewellery, keep it away from water, sweat, and perfume. Store each piece separately in a pouch or box to avoid scratches. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after use.
Can I wear Fyash jewellery while bathing or swimming? We recommend removing your jewellery before bathing, swimming, or any water-related activity to preserve the gold plating and anti-tarnish finish.
